Useless. I have a fault with my boiler which requires a Baxi engineer. As of Thursday pm I have had no hot water or heating, Baxi "cannot" send an engineer until Tuesday. Baxi are willing to leave a home and family without hot water or heating for five days (and over a Bank Holiday weekend).
