DO NOT USE BAY SENTRY. Parking wardens (contractors used by all parking service operators) on the ground are great. The Baysentry office is a shambles. Our landlord informed the service that the required entrance sign was down and that there was no money to replace it immediately. The service was cancelled by Baysentry as they had a hissyfit that they continued (by their informed decision) to issue unenforcible tickets. The landlord now has to replace every sign with a new provider. DO NOT USE BAY SENTRY.
