“This company will reject any appeal just be careful. They will reject any claim despite any evidence you provide. Use Popla to raise a dispute again them it is a free service offered by the ombudsman and they will get the majority of the fines removed. Not sure how they are legally allowed to operate. They are a disgusting service provider.

“An absolute waste of time. Cars are parked overnight all over the site. Warden turns up midmorning no cars as everyone's gone to work. I explained this to the warden and he said he lives to far away. It may be better they got someone who can do the job.”
“Legalised thieves , paid for a parking permit 4 days prior, of course they don’t provide permit holder for it, ticket felt from dashboard and got charged 60 quids.
They were called parking ticketing prior and were giving permit holders, but I guess new management came in and saw an opportunity to crook people on legal grounds. Disgusting company”
“DO NOT USE BAY SENTRY. Parking wardens (contractors used by all parking service operators) on the ground are great. The Baysentry office is a shambles. Our landlord informed the service that the required entrance sign was down and that there was no money to replace it immediately. The service was cancelled by Baysentry as they had a hissyfit that they continued (by their informed decision) to issue unenforcible tickets. The landlord now has to replace every sign with a new provider. DO NOT USE BAY SENTRY.”

“Moved into new property on 11/4/23, and Estate agent asked them to release permit from previous occupier on that day. Took them until 20/4/23 to do this, so couldn't apply for my residents permit until then, which made the move even more stressful. As a result, until then I was limited to 3 hours parking at a time with no return within 3 hours. I stuck strictly to these rules, but they acted quickly enough to wrongly issue a PCN, which I now have the stress of having to wait for up to 28 days for a reply to my appeal.”
