Great service from BBQLAND I've emailed them and they got back to me very quick. I've brought the Char Griller Competition Pro and its amazing. I cook for all of my friends and family. Produces great smoke and heat without the baffle plates or much modifications to the smoker. I've used rtv sealant on the firebox and where it attaches to the grill. I also use oklahoma joes gasket seal around the cooking grill door. To reduce escaping smoke and keep it more efficient. The chamber holds heat very well
