“Bought a pitboss memphis 2 for £1400, arrived broken. Asked for it to be fixed, had to chase multiple times to then be told they'll offer £500 if i keep it. They refused to fix it, i asked to return it and get a refund as they wouldnt replace it either. Again more chasing for the return to be sorted and now they aren't returning my money or responding again. awful service. do not buy from them.”

“Orded 3 smoking dust Oak, and Beech. Used the Beech soldered all the way round the generator. Where as other dust doesn't. My salmon was very good flavor.”
