“The delivery cost was more than the items I purchased, these were needed specifically for a gift so had no choice. £13.90 for delivery is crazy, the items were extremely small and lightweight so need for it to be that expensive. Would not order again!”

“My competitively priced 57cm Weber BBQ undercut a well known DIY store price by £61 and included free delivery. That's £239 instead of £300. I ordered on Tuesday and it arrived on Thursday so I was delighted!”

“I have recently purchased a chargriller bbq from this sight it wasn't me who wanted it it was my partner I was going to send it back as I thought it was way too big for our back garden only too be told it was 150 for a courier to come back and pick up. Anyway we decided too keep it and as the weather has been lovely this weekend decided to light the barbi and invite a few friends round. My partner was mortified when after 10 mins of lighting the bbq all the paint was falling all I think in my personal option a £460 should not do this. As u can imagine we are mlnot happy with this product.”

“I put in an order and was told I would receive an email when the product was on its way. Really pleased that, after 2 missed deliveries, we were able to receive the item, but I had had it about a week before I had an email to say it was on its way? Cannot answer the next question about whether the delivery was on time, as I don't know when it was sent - the purchase order said within 3 days of dispatch.”
