When first went to Bc the service and help was brilliant, even recommended them to my mother. All awry when I arranged for a simple job to be done on my cooker hob. Happened one of the valves on the hob was damaged (how Ill never know as it didn’t need touched). Despite repeated calls and even one of their workers visiting us and photographing the hob, nothing was sorted and that was around a year or so ago. Gave up trying after various promises to call us back never happened. Disappointed doesn’t cover it. Usually book other services there but guess I will look elsewhere this year. Elvira.
