Awful service. I put a claim in for them to advise me there was no claim as I didn’t have PPI. Fast forward 13 months and the company I paid PPI to contacted me to advise I’m getting a refund. Braziers were made aware of this so the phone calls started and they were calling me up to 8 times a day including texts and emails. I made them aware I wouldn’t receive the refund for 8 weeks yet they still continued to harass me. They’ll get their payment once I receive the refund. Whilst typing this they’ve called me a further 2 times!!!
