“ABSOLUTE ROBBERS. Said they will claim my tax refund from HMRC, received the cheque and never sent me any money. I have been waiting for over a year and when you call it still says skeleton staff due to Covid. When you hit any of the options the line gets cut off.
You should be ashamed STEALING peoples money AND have the nerve to keep calling me about claims on diesel cars. When I mention the money they owe I’m always put on hold and then told this is a different department.
If it was for more money, I would take them to a small claims court. I have already contacted HMRC when it first happened but I will be doing this again. ITS MY MONEY not yours!!! I hope your company goes in to liquidation”
“These thieves got me to agree that they would get a tax refund on my behalf. They succeeded and the inland revenue sent them the cheque which they banked and gave me non of it.
Looks like they have done thus to everyone. So dishonest them having all the tax we have paid for them selves.

“Failed to get any of my PPI repaid, incompetence doesn't do them justice, each time claiming failed deadlines for correspondence were due to certain individuals leaving the company when I presented evidence of failed deadlines.
Now just found out they claimed tax back on my behalf and kept it, the HMRC informed me of this, and advised reporting to Action Fraud, says it all really.”

“Same as many below, HMRC sent a cheque to brazier,now ts marketing and was cashed 15 th sep 2022. Usual bs about cheque waiting to be signed, HMRC advised me to contact action fraud and get a crime number and take from there. Don’t expect anything but will try. All I have had back is an pathetic email saying it's with the cashier's office for a cheque to be signed which look's as if it take's 2 months or more to sign...............dreadful service.”
“Made a PPI claim through brazier and this this date has been 4 years not had a phone call letter or email so I report them to the Financial Ombudsman and won my case it was ruled that they should of kept in contact and bad management conduct
I was awarded 350.00 competition this is far less than if I would of won PPI claim but it's something back
I ask people to think before using a company like brazier and to do your homework on line I wish I did
as I wouldn't have had allthese years of trying to fight a third rate company”

I.e if you are due a tax return from HMRC they send the cheque to these crooks!! its happened to my partner he's just in the process of logging it with Action cyber fraud! Still on going - They have told me time and time again they are backlogged and waiting for a response.
I have now went straight to the companies and been told they have never been contacted about my PPI claims. I have brought this up with BSC and they said they would look in to it and get back to me. They have 4 weeks left to provide me with evidence of contacting the companies. If they don't I will be able to contact the Financial Ombudsman.
Absolute lying crooks.”
