“Brazier consulting service are the biggest crooks on this earth! After calling me saying they were from Brazier they told me they could now claim back the tax paid on my PPI’s. Imagine my delight when I got a letter telling me that I was owed over £700 tax rebate. However the tax people had sent my tax rebate to TS MARKETING.. I waited patiently and no cheque. I phoned Braziers and was told that the cheque had gone to their payment line which was internet only and gave me the address this was a false address as all sent emails could not be delivered I phoned again and was told not payment department but sister company strange because companies house has the address for Braziers and that was who they sent the cheque to. I am a disabled pensioner and could use that money so I am reporting this company to fraud squad and police in the hope that justice will prevail”
“I've been waiting for 3 years for my claim knowing other people have had payments from the company, no letters have been sent to me reassuring me they are doing anything about it ,you can't get through to them on the phone, if I had known they where micky mouse ,I would not have gone through them ,very unprofessional”
“Brazier seem to have pocketed my tax rebate. Just when I am going through the toughest financial time of my life I get a HMRC letter telling me they are about to send me a tax rebate…via a company I’ve never heard of. Six weeks on, no rebate so I call HMRC. The cheque was sent out and has been cashed….by a company called Brazier. Wtf?? Is this blatant theft?!!
Maybe they were due a fee for whatever bit of nonsense they did to get this rebate in which case bill me. But this?!
I have now wasted several chunks of time and phone costs waiting to speak to someone but listening to a repeating message. Because apparently the pandemic is still affecting everyone there and no-one can work out how to man phones from home.

I Sent over 35 emails stating that the money they had received from HMRC was a tax rebate for overpaid tax for my job.
And that I had applied for it, and could they kindly return my money in full. Well cheque has been received ( Minus a fee they had stated on the letter for their services ) The only services they have done is to take some of my money.. I have email them asking for my money back and have asked what service they have given in respect of this payment. ( Email number 3 sent no reply ) ... I will keep this site updated .. It is only £78.96 but it is my £78.96.... Which I feel has been taken under false pretence .”

HRMC sent them my tax rebate I applied for ( Not PPI TAX ) which they said I could get back when I signed the form.. Never contact me with regards to this for over a year to date...
I sent the 18 emails asking for return of my tax rebate in full and called 6 times without joy on hold for over hour each time without reply ... No contact in over 4 weeks with regards to my money they have.. only a couple of auto emails .. Not a lot of money but I am semi retired so this is a lot to me.. Quick enough to take there commission from PPI but any other business not interested in replying ... I am tempted to drive the 200 miles to Leeds and wait in reception until they give me my money back ...”
“After 2 years of no response to my emails & lines still closed to incoming calls I find they dudbt bother submitting my claim at all. They took the details in good time, had 2 years of me emailing them to realise they had failed to address my case but they never answered. Now it’s too late to claim myself as…..you guessed it….dates have long passed. They simply don’t reply. And they cost me my redress. As for their tax claims dept…..12 weeks was the timeframe, 2 years on I’m still waiting for a decision. I did get through to that department as they are greedy for new customers & they promised a call back on 5 mins. That was 3 months ago.
So they are answering to nee customers and screw the once they had cases for in the last 2 years for PPI as they know they missed the deadlines.
I can’t say this enough….AVOID. It’s a clown car. Dishonest, incompetent & greedy.”

I am now seeing a solicitor, they finally paid some money on Saturday via bacs, I questioned the amount as they have taken 42% fee. Yet they held MY money from February until 28th May.... in their eyes this is acceptable, yet if HMRC had paid Me direct PPI TAX SPECIALISTS! would be chasing me and charging me a fee each day. Why can't we do the same? I have now also contacted FCA the financial ombudsman, watch dog and rip off Britain. They have made me so Ill. I have even offered to meet as i am in Leeds in a few weeks why don't we arrange a meeting to discuss this further........ no response. I have asked them to call........No response!!! Absolute crooks. If you like your health, do not get involved with them. SCAMMINERS, CROOKS, CANT STRESS ENOUGH TO AVOID!!!!!!!!!!”
“I put this out to everyone. Send them a complaint, log it apparently legally they have 8 weeks to respond. Then of you haven't heard complain to the FCA and financial ombudsman. They will get involved after 8weeks of the complaint. It makes me laugh as if the money was paid directly to us, they would be constantly on the phone wanting their fee. I have developed depression, I'm on the verg of a heart attack through stress. If you can Brazier they day that ppi tax is nothing to so with them. Yet its their sister company and they are at the same address........ what's the betting the desk is side by side. They are using covid as an excuse but they can't really say that now as they have been paid by HMRC. They just ain't giving others their money.”
“I had notification from HMRC saying my tax rebate has been paid to them I have chased at least twenty times I received one email to say it was being dealt with another to say I would receive the cheque once they had it which they did another to say cheque in the post over two weeks ago any other response has just been automated responses it’s not a huge amount of money but it’s mine have no idea what else to do has phone numbers just tell you to email”
“HMRC sent a letter saying I'm owed £902.76 thus company have had the cheque and cashed it I don't have a penny. Avoid them anyone waiting put a complaint in to the financial ombudsman.”
“Same problem got a letter from HMRC saying they have sent a check for £388.00 and it was cashed on 12th December, I have sent 4 emails texts and no response I'm beginning to think they are scammers and I won't be seeing this money! Don't use them”
“They are working on a claim for me for a tax rebate. I was sent a letter from HMRC on 22 November stating that I am due a rebate. I have emailed several times to request my cheque. They haven't even answered my email's and I still don't have my rebate. I am beyond angery now.”

I had already recieved ppi payment from another company but they reckoned they could get more. I don't know why I listened and yes, I'm regretting it now. I told them I'd had x amount from egg and showed them the letter. They're demanding that I cough up for this despite it not being in their time frame. I emailed quite sternly march 2020 and requested they stop harassing me.
December 2021 they're back threatening debt collectors and as much as I'd love to ignore them I really don't want this on my financial records. How on earth do I get them to stop and listen. This is just ridiculous.”

“I have dealt with Brazier in the past and I got thousands back and they then sent me an invoice and I paid it. I think they take 20%. But I didn't complain as the service was excellent for me. I can't believe all these bad reviews. The documents they sent me at the time where clear and they sent me text messages throughout to keep me updated. They dealt with about 4 companies all of which I got back money. They also send a text with the amount you will get which you will receive very quickly. This was a few years ago but I rated them excellent then. Maybe the company is under new hands now worth checking out. I could not fault them...Sorry but mine is a genuine and honest review of them.”
“Awful service. I put a claim in for them to advise me there was no claim as I didn’t have PPI. Fast forward 13 months and the company I paid PPI to contacted me to advise I’m getting a refund. Braziers were made aware of this so the phone calls started and they were calling me up to 8 times a day including texts and emails. I made them aware I wouldn’t receive the refund for 8 weeks yet they still continued to harass me. They’ll get their payment once I receive the refund. Whilst typing this they’ve called me a further 2 times!!!”
“You should be able to rate them zero. They say they keep you informed but I've heard nothing from them since I submitted my claim, except when I've called them. They then blame covid and claim the banks have not responded. Time for the financial ombudsman I think.”
