Made a PPI claim through brazier and this this date has been 4 years not had a phone call letter or email so I report them to the Financial Ombudsman and won my case it was ruled that they should of kept in contact and bad management conduct
I was awarded 350.00 competition this is far less than if I would of won PPI claim but it's something back
I ask people to think before using a company like brazier and to do your homework on line I wish I did
as I wouldn't have had allthese years of trying to fight a third rate company
