After 2 years of no response to my emails & lines still closed to incoming calls I find they dudbt bother submitting my claim at all. They took the details in good time, had 2 years of me emailing them to realise they had failed to address my case but they never answered. Now it’s too late to claim myself as…..you guessed it….dates have long passed. They simply don’t reply. And they cost me my redress. As for their tax claims dept…..12 weeks was the timeframe, 2 years on I’m still waiting for a decision. I did get through to that department as they are greedy for new customers & they promised a call back on 5 mins. That was 3 months ago. So they are answering to nee customers and screw the once they had cases for in the last 2 years for PPI as they know they missed the deadlines. I can’t say this enough….AVOID. It’s a clown car. Dishonest, incompetent & greedy.
