Wow where do I start... HRMC sent them my tax rebate I applied for ( Not PPI TAX ) which they said I could get back when I signed the form.. Never contact me with regards to this for over a year to date... I sent the 18 emails asking for return of my tax rebate in full and called 6 times without joy on hold for over hour each time without reply ... No contact in over 4 weeks with regards to my money they have.. only a couple of auto emails .. Not a lot of money but I am semi retired so this is a lot to me.. Quick enough to take there commission from PPI but any other business not interested in replying ... I am tempted to drive the 200 miles to Leeds and wait in reception until they give me my money back ...
