You could not make this up !! I Sent over 35 emails stating that the money they had received from HMRC was a tax rebate for overpaid tax for my job. And that I had applied for it, and could they kindly return my money in full. Well cheque has been received ( Minus a fee they had stated on the letter for their services ) The only services they have done is to take some of my money.. I have email them asking for my money back and have asked what service they have given in respect of this payment. ( Email number 3 sent no reply ) ... I will keep this site updated .. It is only £78.96 but it is my £78.96.... Which I feel has been taken under false pretence .
