I would have given them minus ten stars. I had already recieved ppi payment from another company but they reckoned they could get more. I don't know why I listened and yes, I'm regretting it now. I told them I'd had x amount from egg and showed them the letter. They're demanding that I cough up for this despite it not being in their time frame. I emailed quite sternly march 2020 and requested they stop harassing me. December 2021 they're back threatening debt collectors and as much as I'd love to ignore them I really don't want this on my financial records. How on earth do I get them to stop and listen. This is just ridiculous.
