I let this company do my ppi claim because they told me it would be all done within 6 months that was in 2018 I have sent several emails and made several phone calls over the years, I received a email 3 months ago telling me it was delayed because of covid I emailed them back and said my claim started 2 years before covid, next email said the bank were going to write to me im still waiting they are a joke and iv now threatened them with ombudsman and received a call saying it is being dealt with but still nothing
