I put this out to everyone. Send them a complaint, log it apparently legally they have 8 weeks to respond. Then of you haven't heard complain to the FCA and financial ombudsman. They will get involved after 8weeks of the complaint. It makes me laugh as if the money was paid directly to us, they would be constantly on the phone wanting their fee. I have developed depression, I'm on the verg of a heart attack through stress. If you can Brazier they day that ppi tax is nothing to so with them. Yet its their sister company and they are at the same address........ what's the betting the desk is side by side. They are using covid as an excuse but they can't really say that now as they have been paid by HMRC. They just ain't giving others their money.
