Where dealing with PPI claims for me from 2018
Still on going - They have told me time and time again they are backlogged and waiting for a response.
I have now went straight to the companies and been told they have never been contacted about my PPI claims. I have brought this up with BSC and they said they would look in to it and get back to me. They have 4 weeks left to provide me with evidence of contacting the companies. If they don't I will be able to contact the Financial Ombudsman.
Absolute lying crooks.
