Failed to get any of my PPI repaid, incompetence doesn't do them justice, each time claiming failed deadlines for correspondence were due to certain individuals leaving the company when I presented evidence of failed deadlines.
Now just found out they claimed tax back on my behalf and kept it, the HMRC informed me of this, and advised reporting to Action Fraud, says it all really.
