Traded my car in with bcs when I picked up my new car, it had one payment left on the finance which we agreed they would pay off (documents signed as agreed)
It took them 6 months to pay it off, in fact took me to threaten to go back down and take the car back before they actually paid it off, for them to tell me it's already been sold, so they sold a car that legally didn't even belong to them!
Dealt with some lad called Joseph who was about as useful as a chocolate teapot
