Several of the "genuine natural" beads such as rose quartz were dyed. Many of the items seemed overpriced upon receipt and they never informed that half of the items were going to be added from US warehouse which meant I had to pay $75 in customs to receive in Canada
Order despatch was also very slow and took almost 2 weeks before it actually got going from china and 3 weeks till final delivery...not worth ordering from in my opinion since all the items can be found for the same price on many other sites.
