We found the staff very helpful, considerate of all circumstances and on the side of the customer. We were kept up to date with developments and involved at every stage.
On the down side, it would be helpful if you spelt the customers name correctly. e.g. my name is WOTTON yet this email was sent to WOOTON. It may be a small point but for many people it is important as it may well make the customer think that you don't pay attention to detail.
