We found that we had to chase people up including Beals just to get things moving. We were told we would probably be able to move by end of Dec & turned out to be end of Feb.
We asked for the sane solicitor as the seller & were given different one.
Made to come to meeting to discuss finance when we sorted our own.
Easy to talk to & friendly but need to keep on top of things.
