It would have been more useful to send a selling agent rather than a letting one for both my visits. Unfortunately the agent could not answer my queries and had to get someone to contact me with the answers. It would be good for regular updates on progress, even negative ones, so that the buyer feels as if they are not being ignored. In my case it was me that did all the chasing for updates which was very frustrating.
