Never got a physical gift. Shop app shows a $5 gift card or an extended warranty which I already got. I also emailed support and never got a response. Reviews show others had the same issue. Happy with the gloves, but not with the service or the misleading “free” item. Then again…nothings ever free right? Fortunately I didn’t make my initial purchase for whatever this is supposed to be.
