I placed my order 4x weeks ago, I still have not received it! I have contacted the company and have been given excuses i.e the current pandemic and Royal mails delivery issues, with them only delivering every 3-4 days and no deliveries on a Saturday, not where I live!!! I have received everything else ordered via Royal Mail with no delays.... There has been no communication from the company to see if it has been received or any offer of a refund!!! Had to order from elsewhere, did that on a Saturday, delivered on Tuesday buy Royal Mail!! What is Beautiful Ribbons excuse?? Very poor customer service, would not use again!!
