I have emailed them 3 times but my emails have been completely ignored.All I wanted to know is if it has been dispatched and perhaps gone missing in the post . Needless to say they did not ignore taking the payment which was done promptly on placing my order. If this lack of communication is the way they conduct their business then they do not deserve custom. Think twice before placing an order and look elsewhere.”
“I placed my order 4x weeks ago, I still have not received it! I have contacted the company and have been given excuses i.e the current pandemic and Royal mails delivery issues, with them only delivering every 3-4 days and no deliveries on a Saturday, not where I live!!! I have received everything else ordered via Royal Mail with no delays.... There has been no communication from the company to see if it has been received or any offer of a refund!!! Had to order from elsewhere, did that on a Saturday, delivered on Tuesday buy Royal Mail!! What is Beautiful Ribbons excuse?? Very poor customer service, would not use again!!”
