I love these delicious chocolate healthy treats everyday. I enjoy 2 or 3 squares a day & then again before bedtime I look forward to having the Hemp & or Lavender to relax my body & mind for a good night sleep. Believe me I can consume the entire bar at one time but I refrain myself not to be a glutton & to savor them!
