Easy to order.the loyalty discount scheme is attractive.I was told next day delivery is possible .the email came thursday that the parcel was dispatched.I stayed in all day Friday till 3Pm.nothing came.returned home after 9pm.there was no card left just in case I missed the delivery. Yr warehouse in park royal.aprox 4 miles from my house.what's seemed to be the problem?? Perhaps I should collect this particular order from yr warehouse directly with a bigger discount. May I suggest 2 hours window delivery option to save time and spare us the customers the anxieties. I'D also LIKE to know why some fragrances ARE LIMITED TO ONLY 3 ??
