I'm very happy overall, with the products and service provided by Beauty Base. The value was good and I received the items promptly. I only wish there wasn't a limit to the number of times I could add the same product to my basket. The product I ordered is no longer available in Boots, where I used to get it, and is hard to find elsewhere. So I wanted to buy it more generously, as it seems to have been discontinued. But I was prevented from buying larger quantities of it (not more than six). If they changed this feature, I would be 100% happy.
