I have still not received my make up pallet that was ordered a few weeks ago this was a bday present and I paid extra for it to be gift wrapped and sent
I spoke to Beaty base on the phone it took them 30 minutes to answer my call ( I was on hold) and the man I spoke to said there is nothing they can do until they speak to delivery driver as they have been told it's been delivered
They couldn't give me a date when this would be resolved and my daughters friend is still waiting for her bday present ????
