We have placed an order on 22nd May and received the delivery on 18th june. As the products were delivered to the wrong address by Royal Mail which I can understand is not your mistake but I had to wait all these days to even get a refund which is an appalling service I have ever experienced. I had to ring head office and speak to Anam every couple of days or weeks to remind them about my products and more than half of the time I wasn't emailed when I was told that they will email me on the updates of where abouts of my products. Either the staff of incompetent to handle a minor issue or their superiors has given them no powers to deal with the situation. I will definitely think twice if I ever want to place a order with you. Only good thing was the refund was issued straight away once Royal Mail found out that it was delivered to wrong address after all these days even though its not my job to wait all these days.
