Orders are placed well. But if you have issues with returns or refunds it's quite a stretch you have to email them response time is slow. You then have to ring them and they state they will refund you after the call is finished and for some reason they forget and then they email next day that are you sure you want to cancel. Personally I do not Want all this messing about. I will not be buying anything in the coming future.
