I visited the Uxbridge branch on 7th/Nov with my daughter intending to buy an eyelash curler (cost £2.50.) Whilst holding the curler we browsed the make-up display. The security guard stood with his legs apart and arms crossed at the top of the aisle staring at us whilst another employee stood at the other end watching our every move. Needless to say, I've put the curler back and bought one from Claire's Accessories for £6 where we enjoyed a pleasant shopping experience. If your motto is to put customers off, you have certainly got it spot on!
