The product itself was excellent and its was very good value. In the ordering of the product I had to cancel initial order after processing and reorder due to my wanting to add an additional item. I called Beauty Base and the lady that answered was really excellent, crediting back original order and manually applying my initial customer discount to the replacement order. Service was definitely 5* and the package was shipped withing 24hrs and arrived on time. I am switching my online beauty gifts to here from now on. MJM
