Very pleased with my purchase. 2nd Young lady I spoke to was very helpful. I had a little problem insofar as I, somehow, ordered two items when I only wanted one, a Christmas present. Sadly I did not get her name. She understood what I'd done and immediately issued a refund/cancellation of my purchase in error. Would definitely recommend and will use again. Thank you Beauty Base.
