If you want prompt delivery, don't order from Beauty Base. They were happy to charge £3.95 for delivery but unwilling to chase Royal Mail when my item failed to arrive. They promised to look into this further but I never got a reply back from them. I've also reported Beauty Base to Amazon as I used Amazon Pay for my order.
