Receoved two perfumes in the post with cracks on the bottle this hasnt happend before so i am really dissapointed.
But i am mostly dissapointed that customer service didnt take me seriously, and said that this is not possible.
Both perfumes have gone to waste and i didnt get a refund.
Bad customer service.
