I have not received my perfume. I have rung a couple if times but not impressed with the service. I was told that my item had been delivered and signed for on 22nd Dec by a neighbour and it was delivered by Royal Mail. Well I don't believe that as Royal Mail will only accept a signed signature from the address and as there is now else at my address a card would have been left for me to go and collect the item from the sorting office. Please can you let me know what you are doing about this? I would either like a refund or my purchase resent. Thanks Carolyn Williams
