would have given them a 5 if not for the way they delivered my last parcel. i ordered products that cost £250+ and the delivery guy just left the box outside our house. my friend was waiting for it and good thing i asked him to check outside and there it was. I reported this to beauty base and they said the driver got a signature when he delivered which I know he just made up. I asked beauty base a copy of this, not heard back from them yet.
