Product and website very good only negative thing was using UK Mail to deliver, couldn't find where I lived, numerous text messages back and forth, was told it would fit through my letter box but it didn't and they left it with a neighbour - took over a week to get it from them and missed giving the perfume as a present on my mums birthday so that was disappointing. It would have been easier to use royal mail and I could have collected it next day from the post office.
