My actual dealing with Beauty Base were very good, no problems paying and the goods dispatched promptly, with emails to confirm. Delivery was a nightmare, the courier failed to deliver although I did get my goods through other means. I contacted Beauty Base about this and again they were very good about it, and the Director advised that he would follow up on my behalf and let me know the outcome. I would have no problem buying from them again.
