very poor service offered by UKmail
we paid for next day delivery it took 3 days and when we tracked it is usual pack of lies that courier came at 1.00pm yesterday and no one was there.....
Beauty Base customer service (Karen) was good they called back.
no transaction is complete until it is delivered, it is upto Beauty Base to find a good co. who can deliver the goods in time [as promised]
