Excellent, originally order a product for my daughter. Two days later my daughter noticed she could get a bigger bottle for a few quid more on the sale on the beauty base website. I had no confirmation of the item was posted,so i rang to cancel i got through quickly a polite lady arranged a quick refund. I ordered two bottles came within 3 days. I love this site.
