It's a user friendly website, ordering was smooth and delivery quick. However, when purchasing natural products I do not expect to be 'gifted' with a sample from a branded prefund. It went straight in the bin and made the package smell strong (and in my opinion fake and chemically).
I will use your commonly again but as long as you record that I do not want any samples of chemicals - alcohol, silicone, parabens etc.
