They kept me informed every step of the way by email, from the moment i ordered my faves (at great prices, gotta say) to the actual delivery. Very, very impressive in these times and a truly excellent experience compared to many of the well-known and much bigger companies out there, whose goods dont turn up for many weeks and who dont bother letting customers know why.
