I got a notice on 1st December 2020 at 13:41 from Beauty expert saying my order has arrived. However, there was nobody ringing the doorbell. I went down immediately to check but there was NO packages waiting for me.
I raised the issue straight away on the day on Beauty Expert website and follow the instruction to provide the disclaimer form to justify nobody received my package. It's been over a week and there's still NO response!
