I don’t even want to give them a one shocking customer service my product came faulty and website wouldn’t let my upload photos so I couldn’t show proof and they kept sending me automated messages then said it wasn’t a fault and it was personal preference but the eyeliner I ordered was patchy, sheer and looked horrible. The company that sells the eyeliner directly even thought it was faulty but couldn’t do anything as I purchased it from beauty expert.
