I had 1 item left off dispatch for delivery, it sat there for ten days until I queried it. Turns out it was cancelled in error. They told me it was a “pricing issue” yet they still are advertising it as available. The only way to get it is to reorder and pay full price (I originally bought the item at 15% discount as my total spend on my order qualified for the discount). Absolutely shocking customer service and they don’t take any responsibility.
