I placed an order after receiving an email with a voucher code for a Clinique £56 free gift with any purchase. They completely denied that the voucher code ever existed, despite me trying to forward them the email. I also demonstrated to them in the live chat that I could again use the voucher code, but they still denied all knowledge of it and refused to send the gift. I cancelled the order, but they would not refund me. Have reported to my credit card company.
